By becoming a member of our SignStars^® program, you are taking your INTERSIGN experience to the next level!

The SignStars^® loyalty program is designated to offer exclusive incentives to dedicated INTERSIGN customers.

SignStars^® Member:

• 5% off eligible web purchases (excludes SignSpec© orders).
• Future incentives.

SignStars^® Membership Rules and Conditions:
It is important to make sure that your company management allows you to participate in the SignStars^® loyalty program. Some or all parts of the SignStars^® program may not be legal in certain states. Therefore, the SignStars^® program is void where prohibited by law. INTERSIGN will herein be known as simply INTERSIGN.

All benefits that are offered in the SignStars^® program are conditioned upon your compliance with this Agreement.

Conditions of Enrollment:

• INTERSIGN's SignStars^® program is open to customers in any state/province that has not disavowed participation in reward-type programs. The program is open to both customers of INTERSIGN's flagship website, and under all INTERSIGN subsidiary brand websites.
• There is no monetary cost associated with enrolling in SignStars^®.
  Certain items are not eligible for discounts.
  Certain offers are void outside of the 48 continental U.S. states, or where prohibited by law.
• The SignStars^® membership is nontransferable.
• Only one person can be enrolled per SignStars^® account. Duplicate accounts will be canceled immediately.
• SignStars^® members consent to receiving promotional emails and offers from INTERSIGN.

Names and Address Changes:

• INTERSIGN reserves the right to reject a request to change an address.
• Each SignStars^® member shall be responsible for informing INTERSIGN of any change of name or address on their account.
• Members may change their address and other personal contact information by logging in to their account at INTERSIGN or by emailing emailus@intersign.com.
• The email address used for member account registration must be included in all correspondence. The identifier will be used to access your account properly.
• Requests for name changes may require the member to submit their signature or other supporting information.

Audit and Disqualification:

• INTERSIGN reserves the right to audit any and all members' accounts at any time for compliance with the Program rules, without notice to the member. In the event the audit reveals any discrepancies or violations, the account may be suspended until the resolution of the audit. Violators are subject to having their accounts suspended or canceled.
• INTERSIGN also reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation in the SignStars^® program if, in INTERSIGN's sole judgment, that person has violated INTERSIGN's membership rules described herein.
• Disqualification may result in the termination of an accountholder's membership.

Program Adjustments:

• INTERSIGN reserves the right to change program rules, regulations, incentives, and benefits at any time without notice. This means that INTERSIGN may initiate changes, for instance, rules for shipping discounts, or increase or reduce program discounts.
• INTERSIGN may, at its discretion, push special promotions and offers to SignStars^® program members from time to time. Such promotions and coupons may be pushed to all members or only members who meet certain criteria (e.g., only members who have previously purchased from INTERSIGN). Such promotions and coupons may expire after a given time period.
• INTERSIGN reserves the right to terminate the SignStars^® member at any time and without notice.

Legal Notification:

• Your access to and use of the INTERSIGN Website, including your account information, are at your own risk.
• The sale and transfer of one's SignStars^® membership is illegal and violates INTERSIGN's program rules. Violators are subject to having their accounts terminated.
• Any personal information provided for account registration will not be given or sold to third parties.
