Official Rules for the Intersign Corporation "You Vote, They Win" $5,000.00 Charity Donation

1. Date of donation give away.
   1. The recipient is determined by the total amount votes received by and on December 17, 2021, and will be announced in January 2022.
   2. Participants may vote daily, but may only cast one vote per day until the expiration of the promotion.
2. Eligibility.
   1. No Purchase Necessary.
   2. Eligibility to vote depends solely upon visitation to Intersign Corporation's website(s), not residential, professional, or industry status (donation nominees are 501(C)(3) nonprofit charities and have been preselected).
   3. Promotion and encouragement by a nominee to vote on its behalf is permissible.
   4. Employees of Intersign Corporation are not eligible to participate.
3. How to vote.
   1. Go to Intersign Corporation's main website or one of its subsidiary sites. Upon selecting a charity, you must enter a valid email address, then click "cast your vote" to submit your vote. Only one vote per visitor will be recorded each day.
4. Donation purpose and conditions.
   1. Intersign Corporation will donate $5,000.00 to the nominee with the most votes at 11:59 P.M. ET on December 17, 2021, for charitable purposes; therefore, no substitution of the donation form is permitted.
   2. If the organization with the most votes declines the donation, or is ineligible to receive the donation for reasons outlined under federal or state law, the runner-up will be selected.
   3. The recipient charity will be contacted through primary communication channels (e.g. email and telephone).
   4. In the event the voting process is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible votes received at the time of termination.
5. Conduct and privacy of participants.
   1. By voting for a specific charity, participant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all rules and disclaimers found herein.
   2. Intersign Corporation reserves the right to strike any votes that are in violation of these rules, which includes tampering with the voting process and utilizing multiple email addresses or browsers.
   3. Any email addresses or other personal information provided in order to vote will not be given or sold to third parties.
6. Limitations and release of liability.
   1. Preselected "You Vote, They Win" charities have only agreed to their nomination, and as nominees, have limited influence in the voting process. By agreeing to the nomination, the preselected charity understands that it has not entered into a contract with Intersign Corporation, due to the absence of relevant legal elements. Therefore, a monetary donation depends strictly upon receiving the most votes in relation to all other charities involved.
   2. Participating charities will not hold Intersign Corporation or its agents liable for the use of organization names and logos.
   3. Voting participants are given only a privilege to vote for a specific charity; no legal rights are attached through the voting process.
   4. Intersign Corporation reserves the right to extend the completion date or terminate the "You Vote, They Win" $5,000.00 Charity Donation at any time for any reason without limitation.
